TWO EXPERTS COME TOGETHER AS ONE TEAM

After years of successful cooperation, Pan Oston Holding (www.panoston.nl) has acquired all shares of Switzerland's 4POS AG (www.4pos.com) effective December 1, 2022. As leading suppliers of checking-out, self-checkout and self-service terminals, both companies provide many European retailers with innovative solutions. The acquisition gives additional impetus to the development and marketing of new self-service systems such as self-checkout and order kiosks. Pan Oston serves the European market from its headquarters in the Netherlands, while 4POS does so from its knowledge center in Switzerland.

Both companies will remain active on the market under their own names and with their own employees. In doing so, they will continue to operate separately in different market segments and complement each other with expertise where this is to the customer's advantage. Mr. Rolf Thomann will remain responsible for the day-to-day management of 4POS as CEO. In addition, Ralf Hovenga, CEO of Pan Oston, will join the board of 4POS AG.

In conjunction with the acquisition of 4POS, Pan Oston has also gained a new reseller for the Swiss market. Primelco Systems Device AG remains the exclusive sales channel for 4POS products and will now also gain access to Pan Oston's innovative product portfolio.
